Vancouver Island, B.C.

Gold exploration, surveyed to a
public-market standard.

Fields of Gold Corp. holds a 100% interest in the C3 gold–copper property in the Cowichan Valley of Vancouver Island — four contiguous claims, six documented mineral showings, and a 2024 field program that returned up to 48 g/t gold in rock samples.

Company Ownership

01

A focused issuer, built on documented ground.

Fields of Gold is a single-asset Canadian exploration company preparing for a listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange. The Company’s approach is deliberately narrow: one well-located property, an independent technical foundation, a clean share structure, and disclosure written to securities-law standards from day one.
The C3 Property sits 27 km northwest of Duncan on Vancouver Island, reached by the all-weather Chemainus Main logging road — a jurisdiction with year- round field access, established infrastructure, and a mining history dating to 1887.
02

Four claims over a mineralized corridor.

The property covers cherty argillites of the Fourth Lake Formation and volcaniclastics of the McLaughlin Ridge Formation, intruded by Jurassic granodiorite and Triassic gabbro. Sulphide mineralization — pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, sphalerite — occurs in rusty shear zones, quartz-carbonate veins, and disseminations spatially associated with gabbroic dykes.
COW
Polymetallic vein — historical grab samples to 13.03 g/t Au and 29.4 g/t Ag in a 5–20 cm quartz vein.
COW 11
Gossanous diorite — a 1992 sample assayed 13.0 g/t Au, 14.7 g/t Ag, and 3,376 ppm Cu.
POGO
Gabbro-hosted sulphides — pyrrhotite, pyrite, and chalcopyrite at a pinched synclinal fold axis.
ZIZAC
Quartz-vein system — intense silica–sericite alteration with massive sulphide pods.
03

A systematic first program — and a 48 g/t answer.

From March to June 2024, the Company collected 935 soil, 14 silt, and 54 rock samples across three grids. The Cow showing area returned the strongest results.

Grab samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of mineralization on
the property. Independent verification samples collected by the Qualified Person returned values
of up to 53.2 g/t Au at the same sites. Source: NI 43-101 Technical Report, effective May 22, 2024.
